Course tuition information

All prices are in Canadian funds.

Distance Education program students
(Bachelor of Arts Christian Studies, Associate of Arts Christian Studies, Bible Certificate)

One credit hour course = $244
Three credit hour course = $732 ($244/credit hour)
* DE program students taking on-campus courses pay the college rate of $873.

College courses (non-program students)

Three credit hour course = $873 ($291/credit hour)

Course Notes Hard Copies
Course notes are available online and are included in the price of tuition. However, students may purchase a hard copy of course notes (binders and paper) for $35.00 per course. 

Payment for courses may be made by personal cheque, money order, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), or cash.

Payment plan options

Deferred payment plan (textbooks are added to the first payment)
A $16 processing fee will be applied to the student account in lieu of interest.

College course payments:

  • first payment: $250
  • three payments of $213 (total of $889)

Seminary course payments:

  • first payment: $265
  • three payments of $260 (total of $1,045)

DE program college course payments:

  • first payment: $250
  • three payments of $166 (total of $748)

Other financial considerations

American financial aid: American students, please note Distance Education courses are not eligible for Direct Loan (government student loan). If you are a US student and would like to speak with a financial adviser to make personal payment plan arrangements, please call 1-800-645-2275.

Tax deductible receipt: Tuition receipts for income tax purposes will be mailed out at the end of the year (SIN/SSN required for tax purposes). The cost of textbooks, if purchased with the course, is included in the tuition receipt. This benefit is exclusive to distance education courses.

Our return policy: Should you receive course material and realize that it is not suitable, you may return unmarked books and course materials within 10 days and receive your money back (excluding handling fees), or you may exchange the course for another one more suitable for you.

10 to 30 days from the date of registration, tuition is reimbursed less a 25 per cent service fee plus the cost of materials. A withdraw-pass will apply to the student's transcript.

30 to 60 days from date of registration, tuition is reimbursed less 50 per cent of tuition and the cost of materials. A withdraw-pass will apply to the student's transcript.

More than two months from the date of registration, a student withdrawing from a course is not eligible for a refund, and a fail will apply to the student's transcript.
