Dr. Pullman has been at Briercrest College and Seminary for 29 years. He is married to Marlene and has three daughters and two sons-in-law. He holds an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Talbot Graduate School and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from BIOLA University. He has been involved in a number of administrative and teaching roles at BCS and currently teaches full-time in the areas of developmental psychology, counselling, and educational studies. He is a past president of the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference. He has also participated in a number of church and camping ministries in both Canada and the United States.
Dr. Pullman has been involved with public education at both the local and provincial levels. He is also an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Educational Administration at the University of Saskatchewan.
