Here is a meaningful nugget for the day ahead of us:

“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. ‘The Lord is my portion,’ says my soul, ‘therefore I will hope in him.’ The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him. It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord” (Lamentations 3:22-26).

God’s loyal love never disappoints! His grace and mercy is fresh today. And this truly is an encouraging thought.

As I think back to last week, I want to offer my thanks to Kallie and the entire team who put together our Aboriginal Awareness Week. Great job!

Also, I wanted to offer my congratulations to our Cougar Girls Basketball Team for winning Gold at Provincials this weekend. Well done!

As for this week…let’s press on together resting in the goodness of God.
