The women kick off the weekend on Friday, Nov. 1 at 6:00 pm with the men following at 8:00 pm, and the teams then meet again on Saturday, Nov. 2 with the women playing at 1:00 pm and the men at 3:00 pm.

There will also be many alumni games and festivities surrounding the weekend, with alumni games being played after the men's match each day.

As part of the Home Opening weekend there will be an opportunity for elementary school students to compete against the Briercrest volleyball players on Saturday, Nov. 2 immediately following the conclusion of the men's game in a special game of balloon volleyball. Be sure to be at the gym before 4:30 pm to ensure that your kids can take part in this inaugaral event.

Both Briercrest volleyball teams bring back a strong core of returning players this season, nine returning student-athletes on the women's team and 12 returning on the men's team. It will be exciting to watch the teams mature to the next level this season.
