The Briercrest women's volleyball team dropped their quarter-final game against tournament host Lakeland College 3-1 (17-25, 25-19, 25-18, 25-21)Thursday evening.

Samantha Zacharias led Briercrest with 13 kills and one ace, Kirsty Kindrachuk had 16 digs, Karina Peterson had two blocks and Ashley Zacharias had 31 assists.

Briercrest will now play the loser of Ambrose and King's tomorrow at 3:00 pm.
